Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of large flake oats

  • 3/4 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of large flake oats and roughly chopped raw almonds.

  3. Heat Wet Ingredients: In a saucepan over low heat, combine maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the mixture easily combines into a smooth texture.

  4. Mix Wet and Dry: Pour the warm, gooey mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly to ensure the oats and almonds are well-coated.
