Crunchy Goodness on a Budget: DIY Easy Homemade Granola Recipe

We've all been there. That's why I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a go-to Easy Homemade Granola Recipe that not only saves money but also delivers on flavor and crunch.
Plus, it's so simple that I whip up a batch once or twice a week to elevate my morning yogurt parfait.
Ingredients:
2 cups of large flake oats
3/4 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of large flake oats and roughly chopped raw almonds.
Heat Wet Ingredients: In a saucepan over low heat, combine maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the mixture easily combines into a smooth texture.
Mix Wet and Dry: Pour the warm, gooey mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly to ensure the oats and almonds are well-coated.
Bake Round One: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking tray. Keep it somewhat compact, maintaining a thickness of 1-2 inches. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Intuitive Mixing: After 15 minutes, remove the tray and break up the granola slightly. Mix it around intuitively to prevent burning and ensure an even bake.
Bake Round Two: Place the tray back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the granola achieves that golden crunch.
Cool and Store: Once done, allow the granola to cool fully. Break it into desired clusters and transfer it into an airtight glass jar for freshness.
