Drawing from my background of 10+ years in Kinesiology and Strength Coaching, I have always had a fascination with the bodymind connection.

As I moved through my career in Personal Training, I started to get more curious about the deeper roots underneath our struggles with our bodies from a bio-psycho-social model. This led me to exploring other lenses in which we can view and understand the body; receiving my certification in Fascial stretch therapy in Spring of 2018 as well as my master level usui reiki and conscious connected breath work PRACTITIONER trainings in 2021.

it is my belief that when we can tap into the power of the body, we open the doors to empowerment in all of the other aspects of our life.

In both my personal training and in-clinic practices i get to see the palpable shift in my clients’ mental states through various ways of practicing full presence in the body - lifting weights, stretching and opening the body, breathing, finding stillness.
