meeting my clients where they’re at has always been important to me. I’ve been a fitness & wellness coach now for over 10 years and worked with all ranges of humans - from the mothers to the fathers, the ATHLETES to the elderly, the fitness fanatics to the chronically in pain - and no matter the type of human in front of me what’s always felt right is honouring what works for that individual persons’ life. it is my believe that movement is one of the most potent medicine’s we have access to, and that looks different for every one of us depending on the make up of our lives and the season we’re in. no matter your current season of life, i’m here to find solutions for you and be a support system on your journey toward a HEALTHY, strong + empowered life.
